  • Your domain must already be pointed to DominionPort (nameservers set)
  • Choose the correct domain when deploying (if you have multiple)
  • Always enable free SSL after deployment (Let’s Encrypt – one click)
  • Test the site using the temporary URL or server IP before going live
Option 1: One-Click Installer (Fastest – Recommended for WordPress & More)
  1. Log in to your DominionPort hosting panel
  2. Scroll to or click on the Softaculous, Installatron, or One-Click Installs section (usually under “Software” or “Applications”)
  3. Choose the app you want (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, phpBB, etc.)
  4. Select your domain from the dropdown
  5. Enter site name, admin username/password, and email
  6. Choose installation directory (leave blank for root: yourdomain.com)
  7. Click Install → Wait 1–2 minutes
  8. Access your new site at yourdomain.com and admin panel (e.g., yourdomain.com/wp-admin)
Option 2: Upload Your Own Files (File Manager)
  1. Log in to your DominionPort hosting panel
  2. Go to File Manager (under “Files” section)
  3. Navigate to the public_html folder for your domain (or the correct folder if addon domain)
  4. Click Upload → Select your website files (zip if many files)
  5. If zipped: Right-click the zip → Extract
  6. Delete the zip file after extraction
  7. Visit yourdomain.com to see your site live
Option 3: Use FTP/SFTP for Advanced Uploads
  1. In your DominionPort panel → Find FTP Accounts → Create or use the main account
  2. Note the FTP hostname (yourdomain.com or server IP), username, password, port 21 (FTP) or 22 (SFTP)
  3. Open an FTP client (FileZilla recommended – free)
  4. Connect and upload files to the public_html folder
  5. Visit yourdomain.com to check
  • Go to SSL Certificates → Install our free SSL → Force HTTPS
  • Test your site on multiple devices/browsers
  • Clear cache if using any caching plugins
