Creating Email Accounts


CREATE ANY EMAIL YOU WANT:

name@yourdomain.com
info@yourdomain.com
sales@yourdomain.com
etc.

Important Notes

  • Your domain DNS Nameservers must be pointed to DominionPort
  • You can create as many email addresses as your hosting plan allows
  • Use strong, unique passwords for each account

How to Create an Email Account

Step-by-Step Instructions:
  1. Log in to your Dominion Port Panel
  2. Navigate to the “Email Manager”
  3. Under “Email Manager” Select “Email Accounts”
  4. Click the button labeled “Create Account”
  5. Select your desired Domain from the dropdown menu
  6. Enter your desired username (example myname@mydomain)
  7. Set a strong password
  8. Choose a Email Quota (MB) (Default is 50MB)
  9. Choose a Daily Send Limit (Max is 200)
  10. Click “CREATE ACCOUNT”
  11. Congratulations! Your new email is Created. You can now log in at Port Mail or set up on your devices.
Managing Existing Accounts
  • Return to Email Accounts to view all addresses
  • Change passwords, adjust quotas, or delete accounts as needed
