Outlook:

1. Open Outlook app (If this is your first account Click Add Account → Skip to Step 3)
2. Click Profile (Top left Icon) → Settings (Bottom left gear Icon)→ Accounts → Add Account → Add Email Account
3. Enter your Email address, then click Continue
4. (If it asks Click “Set Up Manually”)
5. Select IMAP (Sometimes Other → IMAP)
6. Toggle Advanced Settings
7. Enter IMAP Host Name: mail.dominionport.com
8. Port: 993
9. IMAP Password: (This is your email password)
10. Security Type: SSL/TLS
11. Enter SMTP Host Name: mail.dominionport.com
12. Port: 587
13. SMTP Password: (This is your email password)
14. Security Type: StartTLS
15. Click Next (Top right check Icon)

Gmail:

1. Open Gmail app (If this is your first account Click Add an email address → Skip to Step 3)
2. Click Profile (Top right Icon) → Add Another Account
3. Select Other
4. Enter your Email address
5. Click Manual Setup
6. Select IMAP
7. Enter your Password → Next
8. Server: mail.dominionport.com (Username is your Email addresss) → Next
9. SMTP Server: mail.dominionport.com
10. Click Next
