Creating Email Accounts
CREATE ANY EMAIL YOU WANT:
name@yourdomain.com
info@yourdomain.com
sales@yourdomain.com
etc.
Important Notes
- Your domain DNS Nameservers must be pointed to DominionPort
- You can create as many email addresses as your hosting plan allows
- Use strong, unique passwords for each account
How to Create an Email Account
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Dominion Port Panel
- Navigate to the “Email Manager”
- Under “Email Manager” Select “Email Accounts”
- Click the button labeled “Create Account”
- Select your desired Domain from the dropdown menu
- Enter your desired username (example myname@mydomain)
- Set a strong password
- Choose a Email Quota (MB) (Default is 50MB)
- Choose a Daily Send Limit (Max is 200)
- Click “CREATE ACCOUNT”
- Congratulations! Your new email is Created. You can now log in at Port Mail or set up on your devices.
Managing Existing Accounts
- Return to Email Accounts to view all addresses
- Change passwords, adjust quotas, or delete accounts as needed
